Rabbi Kalman Rosenbaum

Rabbi Kalman Rosenbaum is currently the Menahel of Yeshiva Aderes HaTorah in Jerusalem and also serves as one of the overseers of the Yeshiva’s mentoring program.

With his extensive experience as a Torah educator in the United States and Eretz Yisroel, spanning nearly five decades, Rabbi Rosenbaum excels in fostering the learning relationship between mentors and students. His educational workshops and personalized approach have demonstrated his remarkable ability to empower students and teachers to achieve their highest potential.

Rabbi Rosenbaum has previously held positions as principal at the RJJ School in Staten Island, NY; the Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva in Edison, NJ; the Rudlin Torah Academy in Richmond, VA; the Hebrew Academy of Greater Hartford in Hartford, CT; and as principal of the Torah Day School of Atlanta.

He is one of only six private school principals from across the country and the third Yeshiva principal ever to receive the National Distinguished Principal award.

A talmid of the Ner Yisroel Rabbinical College, Rabbi Rosenbaum earned his Master’s degree from Loyola College and was a Doctoral Candidate at Johns Hopkins University, all in Baltimore, MD. He served one term as President of the National Council of Yeshiva Principals and two terms as Chairman of the Torah Umesorah National Educators Convention. He is a frequent guest lecturer throughout Israel.

While living in Atlanta, Rabbi Rosenbaum was a member of several prestigious organizations including the National Association of Elementary School Principals, Atlanta Council of Jewish Day Schools, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, Atlanta Chevra Kadisha Burial Committee, the Coalition of Jewish Day Schools, the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, and Congregation Beth Jacob.

Following his move to Israel, Rabbi Rosenbaum continues to be actively involved with his talmidim and the many families that have come into contact with him. He remains accessible, both by phone and in person.
